Tutoring
Tutoring is available for graphic design students in-person or over Zoom.
Subjects include: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Web Design.

Our Technology in Use

- Portofolio Identity T-shirts – Coming soon the graphic design department at College of DuPage is in the process of acquiring a direct-to-film printer which will allow students to create and print t-shirts.
- Riso Prints – We have a two-color Riso print machine MH9450.
- Colors we offer:
- Black
- Red
- Pink
- Yellow
- Lime Green

- Graphic Design Bingo – Graphic design bingo was created using our high quality ink jet printers and a Glowforge laser cutter.
- Hart Print Can – We do not offer cylindrical printing but with our sticker printing capabilities we can create custom full-color bottle labels in various shapes and sizes.
- Portfolio Notebooks – With our Roland CO-300, we can print on flat, physical objects.
- Handmade Notebooks – Whether it’s UV or Inkjet, we are able to produce handmade notebooks by utilizing our Guillotine cutting machine and various binding machines.
- Bookmarks with Belly Band – Using our high quality inkjet printers and cutters, we can print and precisely trim custom bookmarks.
- Dog Ornament – Using our Glowforge laser cutter, we are able to cut project wood, acrylic, leather, and paper.
- Mug and Packaging – Using our Cricut Makers, infusable ink sheets and heat presses, we are able to create custom mugs. With our direct to object printers, we are able to print on chipboard and then cut and score on our Graphtech FCX2000 (large format cutter.)
- Activity Book – Each lab in the graphic design department is set up for laser printing. The printers in the labs support duplex (double sided) printing making booklet printing possible.
- Belt and Trophy – Using our direct-to-object printer and our Glowforge laser cutter, we are able to produce a number of different items.
- Stickers – Using our Roland SG3-540, we can produce stickers of all shapes and sizes on various material including holographic.
- Buttons – The graphic design department has multiple button punches for handcrafted buttons.
- Puzzle Box – We are able to create puzzles using our direct-to-object printers and cutting machines.
- Wrong Answers Only Boardgame – Graphic design students work closely with local business to produce amazing results. While we did not produce this game in-house, we do have capabilities for printing, cutting and scoring chipboard with our direct-to-object printers, and various commercial cutting machines.
- Paper Cutting – The graphic design department has multiple Cricut Makers. Great for cutting cardstock, users are able to create various
- Glowforge Keychains – Using our Glowforge laser cutter, we are able to cut project wood, acrylic, leather, and paper.
- Tea Packaging – Utilizing blank packaging substrates and our inkjet or laser printers, we can bring digital designs to 3D.
- Cricut T-Shirt – Using the Cricut Maker, Hotronix Heat Press, and iron on vinyl we can create single color t-shirts.
- Tote Bag – Coming soon the graphic design department at College of DuPage is in the process of acquiring a direct-to-film printer which will allow students to create and print tote bags.
- Lasercut Pumpkin – Using our Glowforge laser cutter, we are able to cut project wood, acrylic, leather, and paper.
